FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions about the
Referral Network
How do I know if the customer I refer here
will get good services?
We recognize that by referring someone to
another business owner, you are putting your reputation on
line. You will want to make sure that the person you refer get
the best service possible. This is normal and we are doing
everything possible to ensure that all business owners who are
members of the Referral Network offer services of the highest
standard in their specific fields or industries.
When referring a friend or a potential
customer, you should tell them that all services are screened
to ensure that they receive the best services possible.
However, overall, it is up to them in the end to use the
products or services or not. You can tell you referee to decide
for himself or herself.
How do I become a member of the Referral
Network?
To become a member of the Referral
Network and start receiving leads and referrals for your
business, you must first tell other business owners about your
business, products or services using My Business Form. Then you
must refer at least 2 customers to any of the
business owners listed here using the Referral Form. You need to refer two
real customers. Leads do not count towards the two required
customers. By using the Referral Form, we can keep track of how
many referrals you make and credit your account accordingly.
The more points you have, the more business leads and referrals
you will receive.
When would I start receiving leads and
referrals?
As soon as you have referred 2 customers
successfully, you will be eligible to receive leads and
referrals from other business owners.
How many leads and referrals will I
get?
There is no limit of how many leads or
referrals you will get. The number of leads and referrals you
will receive depends on how many people other business owners
come across that need the services or products that you
offer?
Will I get into trouble with my Compliance
Department?
This is one of the most common questions we
receive from home based business owners. Some companies they
are affiliated with have strict compliance rules. Referral
Network works hard to ensure that there is not compliance issue
that could put our member business owners in trouble. Most
small businesses are encouraged to join referral programs or
organizations as well as the chambers of commerce. Referral
Network works in a similar way. Your details will not be
disclosed to the public which means that you are not
advertising which could put you in trouble with your
company.
